Choose a workflow that matters to your team. Connect the daily friction to a practical solution and a result you can measure.

Bring multi-insurer servicing, client relationships and commission workflows into one operating view, with AI assistance for agreed sales and service tasks.
Policy records

Success measures to agree
Establish the baseline and review comparable tasks or record volumes during a focused paid pilot.
A referral can lose momentum when its owner, application progress and next action are spread across branches, inboxes and insurer systems.
Connect the insurance sales journey with clearer ownership, follow-ups and AI assistance. Give relationship managers and operations a shared view of customer progress.
Proposal preparation

Success measures to agree
Establish the baseline and review comparable tasks or record volumes during a focused paid pilot.
Manual record matching, scattered commission rules and unresolved differences can make finance reviews slow and management reporting harder to prepare.
Strengthen reconciliation and operational controls alongside existing systems. Start with one defined workflow, then agree the records and interfaces needed to support it.

Working together

Yes. We can discuss a focused pilot around a defined user group and business task. Agree the scope, data access, responsibilities, commercial terms and success measures before work begins. Connections to your systems and insurers are assessed as part of that scope.
The hosting location is agreed for each project. Production data, backups, recovery environments and permitted support access are reviewed together. A Kenya-based contact, this website or an ISO certificate does not by itself confirm a particular hosting location.
The service plan should name your account contact, customer administrator and technical escalation owner, then define service hours in East Africa Time, issue priorities, response targets and escalation steps. Coverage and commitments are agreed for the engagement.
Connections depend on the participating organisations, available interfaces and agreed scope. Existing China connections are experience, not proof of a Kenyan integration. Insurer or payment access, permissions, data mapping and acceptance tests are confirmed before a connection is committed.
A short description of your organisation, the workflow you want to improve, the systems you use and the people who will evaluate the result. An example using synthetic or anonymised data is useful; policyholder records and identity or medical documents are not needed for an initial enquiry.
