Your business enquiry

When you submit an enquiry, we use your name, email address, organisation, country or market, area of interest and message to respond, arrange a discussion and follow up on your requirements. The form records your agreement to this use. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include policyholder records, health information, identity documents or other sensitive personal data.

How the form works

Online submission is available only when the email delivery service is configured. The form sends your enquiry through our Vercel hosting service to the configured email delivery provider and then to zhangcheng@wisefin.tech. Resend is the email delivery service used for the Vercel integration. If online submission is unavailable, the page says so and offers direct email or WhatsApp. “Use my email app” prepares an email in your own email application; you review and send it there.

We do not create a separate customer database from this form or store form entries in browser storage. A successful online response means the email service accepted the enquiry for delivery. Website and email service providers may process information outside your country. You can contact us to discuss data handling before sharing information.

Website operation

Vercel hosts this website and may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses and request times, to serve and protect it. Temporary request counters help limit form abuse. The website uses locally hosted fonts and images, does not set advertising cookies and does not include third-party analytics. Enquiry contents are not written to our application logs.

Keeping and accessing your information

Enquiry correspondence is held in our business mailbox for responding to your request and managing any resulting business relationship. Retention depends on the purpose of that correspondence and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your agreement to further enquiry follow-up. We will assess your request and explain any information we need to retain.

External services

Opening email, WhatsApp or the China website takes you to separate services with their own privacy terms. The WhatsApp QR code is stored on this website; WhatsApp is opened only when you choose its link or scan the code.
